Product warranty

Every THE BLONDit piece of jewelry is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover the natural aging of the jewelry, the total or partial loss of components, damage resulting from improper use, discoloration of the plating or color of the jewelry if due to the use of perfumes or detergents or as a result of wear and tear and aging of the jewelry.

The warranty is void in the event of improper use or tampering with the item.

THE BLONDit reserves the right to analyze the jewelry to verify whether the product has manufacturing defects or has been accidentally damaged. Any technical tampering with the jewelry will void the warranty.

Repairs and/or replacements under warranty are free of charge if the product has a defect covered by the warranty, following verification by THE BLONDit. Otherwise, the Customer will be given a repair estimate, which they can decide whether or not to accept.

If, on the other hand, the THEBLONDit jewelry purchased is no longer under warranty and the Customer needs to have it repaired or cleaned, we offer these services for a fee. The cost of repair or cleaning may vary depending on the type of jewelry and the materials it is made of.
