The website www.theblondit.com exclusively features jewelry (hereinafter also referred to as “items” or “products”) bearing the THE BLONDit brand: all THE BLONDit silver and stone jewelry is handcrafted with precision, with stones set by hand, one by one. Each piece of jewelry comes with a description card indicating its characteristics, the type of stones, the measurements, and the weight.
All information relating to purchases, product characteristics, returns, refunds, payments, shipping, and much more is available on the website www.theblondit.com.
Proceeding with your purchase
Before proceeding with your purchase, you can decide whether to register on the website by creating a personal account or to proceed as a “guest,” i.e., without registering. Creating an account will not only allow you to complete your purchases more quickly, but also to view your order history, save your personal data and shipping addresses, and save your favorite products in your wish list.
Registration is simple, free, and secure, and you can always request the cancellation of your account and your data by contacting THE BLONDit Customer Service or by consulting the website on the relevant page.
Once you have found the THE BLONDit jewelry you wish to purchase, click on the “Add to cart” button on the page. All jewelry items with an “Add to cart” button on their page can be purchased online, provided they are available.
Once the selected item has been added to the cart, the product will be stored there for as long as the browsing session is active. You can remove one or more items from the cart at any time by clicking on “Remove.”
Completing an order
Before completing the order and purchasing the product placed in the “shopping cart,” it is recommended that you carefully check all the information provided, the specifications of the selected product, the relative price, and the shipping costs (if applicable). To complete the order, the Consumer must fill out the order form available on the website and send it by clicking on the “submit order” button.
After submitting the order, the Consumer will receive, at the email address provided when sending the order to THE BLONDit, confirmation of receipt of the order by THE BLONDit, which does not represent acceptance of the order by THE BLONDit or completion of the purchase, but only means that the order has been accepted by the Seller.
The email confirming receipt of the order will provide the Consumer with a unique order identification code. The purchase of the product will be completed when the Consumer receives the order confirmation email from THE BLONDit.
Modification or cancellation of an order
The contents of the “shopping cart” and the shipping and payment details can be modified until the final checkout. The Consumer may cancel an order at any time until THE BLONDit sends the order confirmation email. Once THE BLONDit has accepted the order by sending the Consumer the order confirmation email, the order can no longer be modified or canceled, unless otherwise provided for in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale or by law.

Delivery of THE BLONDit jewelry
THE BLONDit is a registered Italian trademark. THE BLONDit is based in Italy, THE BLONDit products are handmade in Italy, and all orders are shipped from Italy. Each order is hand-packed by THE BLONDit with great attention to detail and delivered by courier in special packaging created for THE BLONDit, duly sealed, inside which you will find the box containing the purchased item, the envelope, the adhesive label, the warranty, and the purchase receipt.
Giving a gift
If you wish to give THE BLONDit jewelry as a gift, select the appropriate option on the “shopping cart” page. This will allow THE BLONDit to deliver the package to the shipping address you specified in your order, in special packaging designed specifically for you.
You can also accompany the gift with a personalized message, which THE BLONDit will print on a special card. THE BLONDit will also include a summary document in the gift package, which will not specify the price of the product.
