Shipping costs and times

All orders are shipped from Italy.

Shipping is free for products shipped within Italy.

Shipping is charged for products shipped to the EU or non-EU countries. The cost is indicated separately at checkout and included in the "total cost."

For shipments to EU or non-EU countries where duties, VAT, and other export taxes apply, THE BLONDit is committed to ensuring its customers receive their purchased item conveniently at home without having to deal with customs costs, potential customs clearance issues, or other taxes.

In this case, the customer purchases with the DELIVERY DUTY PAID (DDP) formula: THE BLONDit manages the entire process from departure to final delivery of the product, taking care of all tax formalities. Therefore, the final price of the purchased product already includes both VAT and other taxes of the customer's country of destination.

Since these are handcrafted and hand-set silver jewelry pieces, shipping times may vary based on product availability and daily order flow. Therefore, estimated shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed.

All orders are shipped via DHL courier and delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase.

DHL delivers on weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, including local holidays and company closures.

Jewelry purchases are typically delivered within:

- 1-2 business days for shipments to Italy (please allow 1 additional business day for deliveries to Sicily, Calabria, and Sardinia)

- 1-2 business days for shipments to the EU

- 3-7 business days for shipments to the USA and the rest of the world

Please note that external factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical issues, adverse weather conditions, or the inability to access the specified address may affect delivery timeliness and are in no way attributable to THE BLONDit.

Once an order has been placed, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.

DHL does not deliver to PO Boxes or Poste Resister addresses. We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla for tax reasons.

 

On-Demand Delivery

If you'd like to manage your shipment's delivery yourself, customizing it to your needs, changing times and locations, and freely planning how and when to receive your purchase, DHL offers various on-demand delivery services. On-demand delivery allows you to postpone the scheduled delivery date by up to 7 days, collect your package from a DHL Service Point or Locker, or suspend delivery for up to 30 days if you're on vacation or away for other reasons.

These services are subject to a fee, and the costs are specifically indicated in your cart after selecting this delivery option.

Shipping Information and Order Tracking

You can view real-time delivery updates from your account if you logged in at the time of purchase, or by accessing the DHL website directly: https://www.dhl.com/it-it/home/tracciabilita.html

Please note that once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can track your package from the courier's pick-up until it is delivered to the address you provided.

 

Failed Delivery

In the event of a failed delivery, the courier will leave a notice on the doorbell or mailbox, notifying the recipient of the delivery. A second delivery will automatically be rescheduled for the next business day. If the recipient is still absent, the shipment will be held at the local branch for 5 business days. If the package is not collected within this timeframe, it will automatically be returned to our logistics department.

Uncollected orders will be returned to our warehouse.
