Access to and use of the Website is conditional upon your prior reading, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please do not use or access the Website, as by accessing it, you accept its content without limitation or reservation.

The Website displays, publishes, promotes, sells, and distributes the Products under the registered trademark THE BLONDit.
On the Website, users receive all information regarding Products, services, sales procedures, returns, exchanges, shipments, and anything else necessary to inform them. Users are encouraged to provide true and accurate personal information and to update it if the information provided during registration is no longer current. They are also encouraged to read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy regarding the processing of personal data and the rights granted to users by applicable privacy legislation.
2. Intellectual Property Rights, Trademarks, and Domains
The content of the Site, including but not limited to information, images, photographs, drawings, logos, Products, and any other material, in any format, published thereon, is the property of THE BLONDit and is protected by intellectual property laws, including, for example, copyright, patent, trademark, or other laws and international treaties regarding intellectual property rights.
Users are only permitted to view the Site and its contents and benefit from the services made available thereon. Reproduction of the Site and its contents, in whole or in part, is prohibited. Any reproduction must always be authorized by THE BLONDit and, in any case, must be for lawful purposes and in compliance with THE BLONDit's copyright and other intellectual property rights.

Specifically, but without limitation, storage, modification, publication, and reproduction on other websites or in commercial material is prohibited without the prior consent of THE BLONDit.
The exclusive owner of the THE BLONDit trademark and the distinctive signs present on the Site www.theblondit.com, including for the purpose of distinguishing the Products, is THE BLONDIT SRL, as identified above, which also holds the exclusive right to use them. The domain theblondit.com, as well as any variations thereof and any subdomains, are the property of THE BLONDIT SRL.
These Terms and Conditions of Use do not grant users, customers purchasing Products or services on the www.theblondit.com website, or third parties any right to use the Owner's Trademarks.
3. User-Generated Content
The individual and/or legal entity who has directly or indirectly (including by submitting specific hashtags) authorized the communication and/or publication or dissemination of their own contribution, of any form or nature and in any medium (including, but not limited to: images, photographs, videos, sounds, music, texts, writings, and works of any kind) by THE BLONDIT (the "Licensor"), grants THE BLONDit, in perpetuity, irrevocably, non-exclusively, free of charge, and royalty-free, any and all economic exploitation rights, including copyright and related rights relating to such contributions, with the right to sublicense. To this end, the Licensor expressly recognizes THE BLONDit's unquestionable right to use such contributions, to decide when to use them, or to remove them. THE BLONDit and its assignees are the sole authorized and competent parties to this end, without time limits. These rights are granted worldwide and for any use and economic exploitation. All contributions will be considered non-confidential.
Accordingly, THE BLONDit will have the right to: use, copy, distribute, reproduce, assign, exploit, modify, process, transform, store in a database, make cuts, changes, and/or additions, insert or replace comments, and/or disclose such contributions to third parties for any purpose and in the manner and advertising and/or commercial choices that THE BLONDit and/or its assignees deem most appropriate (such as, by way of example and not limited to, reproduction and publication of contributions on social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram, magazines, albums, Products, etc., including as part of commercial initiatives). To this end, the Grantor also authorizes THE BLONDit and its assignees to directly or indirectly link/link contributions to commercial and promotional initiatives, the image and distinctive signs of THE BLONDit and/or its assignees (without prejudice to the moral rights of the Grantor).
The Licensor warrants that it has the rights and legal capacity to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use in its jurisdiction and that the contribution is an original and exclusive work and that it: (i) has not been derived from any work of third parties without their consent; (ii) does not violate or may violate in any way the copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties; (iii) does not violate or may violate in any way the rights, property or personal, of third parties, having, among other things, from any third parties (or from those exercising authority over them) involved in any capacity in the contribution received all necessary authorization and/or specific consent to the foregoing; (iv) does not violate any provision of law, including, by way of example, the provisions of Law no. 633/1941 and subsequent amendments, of Legislative Decree no. 30/2005 and subsequent amendments of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and EU Regulation 679/2016; (v) is not obscene, racist, discriminatory, or otherwise contrary to public order or public morality.
The Licensor agrees to indemnify THE BLONDit and its assignees in any case in which one or more of the aforementioned representations and warranties proves to be false or inaccurate.
THE BLONDit and its assignees will also have the right to disclose the Licensor's identity to any third parties who claim that the contributions constitute a violation of their intellectual property rights and/or their privacy.
THE BLONDit and/or its assignees will not be held liable for any violation of the rights of the Grantor and/or third parties, directly or indirectly, arising from the use, in any form or manner, of the contributions. In any case, this applies to contractual or non-contractual liability (including, but not limited to, negligent conduct or violation of law) with respect to: i) financial damages (including, but not limited to, any consequential damages, loss of revenues, current or anticipated profits, contracts, business, opportunities, or anticipated savings); ii) loss of reputation; iii) consequential or indirect damages suffered by the Grantor or third parties.
The Licensor agrees to be responsible towards THE BLONDit and/or its assignees, to indemnify and hold them harmless from all costs, direct and indirect damages, expenses, losses, including any legal and court costs and in relation to any claim and/or demand and/or action that may be brought in any venue by third parties, including public authorities, administrative and state bodies, due to any dispute arising from or in any way related to the use of the contribution by THE BLONDit and/or its assignees and to the representations and warranties provided by the Licensor with these Terms and Conditions of Use.
4. Third-Party Links
The www.theblondit.com website may contain hyperlinks ("Links") to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") that have no connection to the Website itself, are not owned by THE BLONDit, nor are they managed or controlled by THE BLONDit. Therefore, THE BLONDit cannot be held responsible for the content of these websites or the policies adopted by them. Nor does THE BLONDit provide any guarantees regarding the content and methods of processing personal data on such third-party websites. Nor does THE BLONDit assume any responsibility for the security or reliability of such content. It cannot and does not guarantee, among other things, that such content is free of viruses or other features that could damage users' data and/or property.
The www.theblondit.com website provides links to other websites solely to facilitate its users' searches and navigation and to facilitate hyperlinks to other websites on the Internet. Therefore, the activation of links does not imply any recommendation or even notification by THE BLONDit to access and browse such third-party sites, nor any guarantee regarding their content, nor the services or goods provided or sold by them online. The activation of links is granted by THE BLONDIT to the requesting party, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis, subject to prior authorization from THE BLONDit and verification of the applicant's eligibility.

THE BLONDit uses content on its Website that is sensitive to users' concerns and that in no way can be deemed harmful to civil beliefs, human rights, or the dignity of persons, in all their forms and expressions.
In any case, since the Site and its content are global, THE BLONDit does not guarantee that they are appropriate or lawful in other countries outside of Italy. However, if such content is deemed unlawful or illegal in some of these countries, access to the Site is discouraged. Should you nevertheless decide to access it, your use of the services provided will be your sole and personal responsibility.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by Italian law. They will be written and interpreted in Italian, and all questions regarding the interpretation of these Terms will be resolved by reference to them as written in Italian. Should these Terms and Conditions be translated into other languages, the Italian version shall prevail in all respects, including disputes or complaints.
For any dispute arising between the Parties in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Use, the Court of Sulmona (AQ) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, or, if these Terms and Conditions of Use have been accepted by the user as a consumer pursuant to the Consumer Code, the Court of the user's place of residence or domicile.
